Appointment Policy

All reschedules and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any changes within the 24-hour window will result in an automatic loss of deposit.

No-shows will no longer be allowed to book future appointments. However, you have one year from the missed appointment to rebook without paying a new deposit.
